Return and Refund Policies

When you request the return of any product or hair advice appointment, the amount paid will be refunded through a credit in our store, equivalent to the same value paid. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to credit cards. This policy applies to any product sold at Florarte Spazios and hair evaluation.

How long can I request a refund?

You have a period of 30 business days to request a return of products or hair consultation appointments, previously paid. Remember that returns or refunds will be made through store credit. Q

Where will I receive my refund?

You will receive via email a personalized code with the value of the refunded credit. This code, with your credit refunded, can be used only once, for purchases on our website, salon services or hair advice.

RETURN POLICY

Customers can request a return by sending an email to ventas@florartedr.com and/or through the digital contact channels on our website.

Florarte Spazios SRL will send a digital form called “ Return Request ”. After receiving the request, the customer must fill out the form and leave the merchandise at any of the points of sale.

Florarte Spazios with the application form completed, signed and with the delivery date. In this process the client will not incur any extra costs charged by Florarte Spazios

What products can I return?

All products that meet the condition of being new, sealed and without visible alterations, and that have been sold through Florarte Spazios, can be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, in order to get a full refund. The return of the product must be made personally by the customer in our physical store.

Any product subject to exchange or return must be returned in perfect condition, with its labels, packaging and original sales seals.

Returns will not be accepted if one of the following conditions occurs:

Products identified as offers, sales or clearance do not have exchanges or returns.

Should I present my invoice for a return?

It is not necessary to present proof of purchase or invoice. We just need
your email or full name.

When accepting the exchange or return, the customer will receive a call and notification from us to conclude the process.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us and send us an email to: ventas@florartedr.com, or call us at +1 (829) 546-6407

We will take 1 to 2 business days to cancel your order. Before canceling an order, please review our returns and refund policies detailed at the top of this page.

Once your cancellation is approved, an email will be sent to you with the confirmation and cancellation number of your order.

To take into account that:

  • We do not accept returns or returns of products that are not in their original condition.
  • Products identified as offers, sales or clearance do not have exchanges, returns or cancellations.
  • We do not refund cash or credit cards. In exchange, you will receive a credit in our store that you can use on purchases on our website or on salon services.
