Shipping costs

The shipping cost for orders to be delivered within the Province of Santo Domingo is $95 Dominican pesos and those that will be distributed internally will cost $295 Dominican pesos. These fees will be automatically applied to your total amount at checkout at checkout.

  • Santo Domingo Province: $149.95 Dominican pesos.
  • Interior of the country: $349.95 Dominican pesos.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time for the order you place on thebeautylab.do is approximately 1 to 5 business days for the province of Santo Domingo and for the interior of the country it is 1 to 5 business days.

 

It's important to put attention on:

  1. If payment for your purchase is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day you receive payment confirmation and from that day on you have the delivery time.
  2. The delivery promise agreed upon by thebeautylab.do begins to run from the approval of the order, which is notified via email.
  3. If payment for your purchase is confirmed on Sunday or holiday, the available delivery time is from the next business day after confirmation of your payment.

Change of delivery address

To change the delivery address of your order, to take your request we ask that you please contact:

 What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?

The person who receives the order at the address provided must be a person of legal age. If you want your order to be delivered to the concierge or lobby, you must contact www.thebeautylab.do customer service through the chat or Customer Service lines: ventas@florartedr.com or +1 (829) 546- 6407

If the order is not received at the indicated address after three visits by Florarte Spazios, customer service will contact you by phone and email; If you do not respond after three attempts, the product will be returned to the physical store and warehouse, your order will be canceled and the www.florartedr.com money refund process will begin.

Can I buy online and pick up at the physical store?

Yes. Customers have the option to purchase their products and choose the physical store pickup option. This option is available in the checkout process, under the option called PICK UP AND PAY IN STORE . This service is completely free.
